Changing the bank account you pay from

It’s just three simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Navigate to Bills

  3. Click Update payment details

Changing the day you pay

We're not currently able to change the date the money is taken from your bank account. Currently, we email your bill on the 22nd of the month and take the money from your bank account 3 working days later.

We are working on changing this to give you more flexibility in future.
