If you've selected our Fast speed when signing up, it includes a landline as standard. Just make sure you select the option to keep your landline at the last stage of signing up.

To keep your number, type it in when you sign up. We are able to port/migrate most landline phone numbers across. If you don't enter your number during sign up, then we're not able to port it across at a later stage.

As we do not have a porting agreement with Virgin Media or Sky, there is a strong chance we could not port your number if it is owned by them. We are unable to port this without the agreement under Ofcom regulations.
