As a Cuckoo customer, we do not charge you to move home.

  1. Log on to My Account

  2. Click "Moving Home" on the right hand side

  3. Check availability and select a sign up date here - please note there is a minimum of a 10 working day wait under Ofcom regulation.

    The more advance notice you give us of a home move, the more chance there will be of us securing your preferred date

  4. Take your router with you!

Your existing service will cease the day before the date you choose to go-live at your new home. This will mean you have some downtime on the day before you move.
