1. Navigate to https://cuckoo.co/account and sign in.
2. Click Overview
3. Navigate to the bottom of screen and you will see a section titled 'Got a question or need some help?"
4. Click "I need help"
5. Connected customers can now raise a fault or ask a general enquiry question from the same pop out. Clicking 'Report a technical issue' will open the fault raising process. (only applicable to connected, live customers).

Clicking 'Ask us a question' will give you the option to email customer care with your question.
6. You'll be directed to send an email to customer care with your enquiry.
7. When you click 'Email us now' it will open a new email in your default email app. This email will go the customer care email address.
