1. Navigate to https://cuckoo.co/account and sign in.
2. Click Overview
3. Click Raise a complaint
4. Click the Email address field input your email address.
5. Click Please select a topic
6. Choose the appropriate topic from the dropdown list.
7. Click the Enter your complaint here field.
8. Type your complaint in the Enter your Complaint in detail here field
9. Choose the medium by which you'd like to be contacted; either By email or By mobile
10. Click Submit
