1. Navigate to https://cuckoo.co/account (You may need to sign in)
2. Click Overview
3. Click Flag a problem
4. Click Please select a type
5. Choose a reason from the dropdown that best fits your issue, this allows us to get it to the best person to respond to you.
6. Click on the reason
7. You may be directed to some useful help articles, they may help you resolve the problem without waiting for us contacting you.
8. If you have already tried the articles, scroll down until you see the Please contact me button
9. Click Please contact me button
10. Click the Tell us as much about your problem as you can field.
11. Click the First name field and input your first name
12. Click the Last name field and input your last name
13. Click the Email address field and input the email address associated with your account
14. Click the Mobile number field and input the mobile number
15. Click in the Tell us more field an give us as much info as you can to help us understand the issue you have. And then choose how you'd like us to get in touch.
16. Click the checkbox that confirms that you are the account holder.
17. Click Submit
