Logging a complaint in the Cuckoo app

You can log a complaint via the app, which will then be picked up by the relevant team using their preferred media (call or email).

You do this by:

  1. Logging in to your app and choosing the You icon at the bottom right of the screen.

2. Scroll down the screen until you see the Need to make a complaint? Option.

3. Select a complaint reason from the dropdown list.

4. Input the details of the complaint and how you would like to be contacted (email or call).

Complaints should only be submitted by the account holder, to allow us to complete the relevant level of data security.

5. Press Submit complaint.
