Raising a fault or flagging an issue with your service

You can tell us about an issue with your broadband service or any of the equipment that Cuckoo provided you with and we'll look into it right away.

  1. From the home screen, press the Manage icon at the bottom of the screen and then scroll down to the Something not quite right section and press the Flag an issue button.

Before jumping straight into that section, you might want to check out our help centre articles for some self-serve solutions, which will hopefully fix your problem without the need to contact us. Just press the Need help with something tab and search for an article using a couple of keywords that relate to the problem you have.

2. Pick the appropriate issue from the dropdown menu

3. Type in a summary of the problem and, if possible, some information around the steps you have already carried out to try and fix it.

Pick how you would like us to respond to you, confirm that you are the account holder (assuming that you are) and press Submit.

It's important to note, that if it's urgent, you should call us rather than submitting a form.

4. You'll then be directed to a confirmation screen that will tell you that we're on the case.
