Checking your order status

You can check the status of your order via the app by:

  1. Accessing the Home screen

Rescheduling the installation/go live date

If you need to, you can request a new installation or 'go live' date by pressing the Change date button

Adding your appointment to your calendar

You can add your appointment to your calendar by pressing the Add to calendar button
