Struggling to log in to your account via the app? Here's a handy guide.

1. Press Login

2. Enter your email address and press Send me a magic link

3. Open up your chosen email app and press the magic link in the email, this will then take you back to the app and log you in. The customer can also press Open email app and it will open there default mail app

If you didn't receive the magic link please allow 5 minutes before pressing resend magic link as requesting it sooner will result in an error message.

It may be worth checking that it hasn't gone to your Junk or Spam folder too.
