Updating your bank details
If you want to amend your Direct Debit instructions and pay via different bank account, you can update that via the app.

Open the app and press the Bills icon on the bottom of the screen.
2. Press the Change Direct Debit details button on the screen.
Input the bank account details requested (it must be a UK bank account) and press Update Direct Debit details.
