You can add additional eero devices to your account (at a cost) if you're experiencing range issues in your property. You can do this easily through the Cuckoo app.
To add mesh:
From the Home screen, press the Manage icon
2. Scroll down to the Your network section and press the Add more eero routers button
3. Adjust the slider to choose the number of eero routers you require (this is the total number and not the number of additional routers you want to order)
4. The screen below shows one additional eero being added to the package (you can have a maximum of three additional eeros)
Press Continue once you're happy with the number of additional devices you're requesting.
5. You're then directed to the order summary screen, to let you see what you're ordering, the change to your monthly bill, the address it will be delivered to and the estimated delivery date.
To submit the order, press the Let's do this button.
6. You should then get the All done screen, letting you know that we have your order.

To remove mesh:
If you decide that you ordered too many eero devices, we can't remove them via the app yet, but you can get in touch with our Customer Care Team and we can remove it from your package and organise the return of the equipment.
