Troubleshooting your Adtran ONT

Updated today

Swish Fibre customers would have had one of two Adtran ONTs installed.

Pick which one you have:

Adtran 622v XGS-PON

Adtran 621i XGS PON

Adtran 622v XGS-PON

This is the Adtran 622v XGS-PON ONT that was used by Swish Fibre. If you joined Cuckoo when you migrated from there, this is the ONT you are likely to have.

What the lights mean:

Power – Green is good. No green is bad.

PON – Flashing green is establishing connection. Should then go solid green (good) or red (bad).

GE – No light on this one. This port has been disabled by our supplier.

10GE – Blinking green signifies traffic to/from the router. No light signifies no traffic.

Voice 1 – If cm uses Swish Voice, this light will come on when a call is ongoing and will go off again when the handset is disconnected from the call.

Voice 2 – Disabled by supplier.
