Plume Home (formerly HomePass) is the customer self-serve app for the Plume SuperPod. Plumes are likely to be found in the homes of customers who signed up via Swish.

Plume are in the process of updating users from HomePass to Home, which will allow them to enjoy an improved service with additional features.

As a Swish customer, unless you completed your install yourself, you may not have known about the app, but the engineer will have set up an account for you and you'll be able to make the most of it by resetting your password and logging in today.

Here's a list of just some of the features available to you today:

  • User Profiles & Device Management: Create profiles for household members, assign devices, and manage their internet access.

  • Traffic Prioritisation: Use the "Traffic Boost" feature to prioritise bandwidth for specific applications, devices, or users, ensuring optimal performance for activities like streaming or video conferencing.

  • Parental Controls: Set content filters, schedule internet access times, and pause connectivity for specific profiles or devices.

  • Motion Detection: Utilise Wi-Fi signals to detect movement within your home, enhancing security without additional hardware.

  • Speed Tests: Run speed tests to check your network's performance.
