Where can I view my Plume network status?

The Plume Home app has several areas that provide information about the network's current status.

Home page

The Home page is designed to provide an information-rich overview of the network's overall current status. The network section confirms the status of your internet connection, provides the most recent Speed test result, and displays the connection quality of the extenders in your Plume Home network.

  • Tapping on the most recent Speed test result will open the Speed test screen to view the last 30 days of speed tests, and the Check speed button will run a speed test.

  • Tapping on any of the extenders will bring up that extender's detail screen, which includes more information about its connection health.

  • The number of currently connected devices is displayed, and tapping this button opens the device list.

  • The SSID of the Home WiFi network is displayed. You can quickly edit, share, or share the password.

    • Note: If you are using both WPA3 and WPA2 SSIDs, the SSID shown will be for the WPA3 WiFi network.

Network page

Most connectivity information can be found on the Network page under the Connectivity tab.

  • Network availability tracks outages where the gateway extender loses its internet connection.

  • The Extenders list displays the current status of individual extenders on your network. Tapping on an extender will bring up its detail screen.
