Performance ratings indicate the connection quality of real-time apps

Updated over a week ago

Performance ratings are available and averaged based on the last hour, 24 hours, or 7 days. Only applications, or devices used within the chosen time frame are displayed.

Plume Home automatically optimizes your network, but you can control what is being prioritized at any given time with Traffic boost.

Accessing Performance

  1. Open the Network page and tap on Performance under the Connectivity tab.

  2. You can use the Apps and Profiles tabs to filter the list of applications. The timeframe can also filter the averaged results for the Last hour, Last 24 hours, and Last 7 days.

    • The rating provided for each individual app is the averaged result based on the filters used.

    • The rating shown for the application category and Profile provide is the averaged rating for all apps under the respective application category or Profile during the timeframe chosen.

    • The info icon on the top-right will bring up explanations for the different ratings.
