How do I delete a SuperPod from my Plume Home network?

Removing a SuperPod from your network.

Updated over a week ago

Deleting a SuperPod (extender) from your account will completely disassociate the extender from your account and location. After the extender is removed from your account and location, it can be added to another account or location.

Note: If the extender is used as the gateway node and is deleted from the account and location without being physically replaced, the Plume Home network will go offline.

Deleting a SuperPod (extender) from your Plume Home network

  1. Open the Network page.

  2. From within the Connectivity tab, scroll down to the Extenders section.

  3. Select the pod (extender) you want to delete.

  4. Tap on the options button on the top right of the screen,

  5. Select Delete extender from the pop-up menu and again on the confirmation screen.
