The Plume Home app will send you a push notification anytime the network status changes from online to offline.

This occurs anytime your gateway extender is unable to reach the internet. Additionally, the app will notify when network status changes from offline to online, meaning the connection has been re-established.

Network Outage History provides information about network outages in the Last 30 days or the last Year.

  1. Under the Connectivity tab of the Network page, tap on Network availability.

  2. Use the Last month and Last year tabs to view the outage history for the last 30 days or 365 days.

  3. Scroll further down for a list of specific outage events during the selected period.
