Why might motion not be available in the menu?

If you do not see the option to enable Motion, you may not have Plume pods that support this feature. Motion is only available on SuperPods which can be purchased by following the instructions here.

Motion is supported on SuperPod only, running firmware version 2.6.0 or higher.

  • Firmware is updated automatically between 2-5 AM local time as long as your network is not busy.

  • Networks with mixed pod types, consisting of at least one SuperPod acting as the Gateway pod are supported. PowerPods and our original Pods will act as motion detection devices as long as they are connected to a SuperPod.

You also need to have the latest HomePass app version for iOS (2.7.9 (34)) or Android (2.3.6) or later.
