From the 1st of April 2024 all questions and queries should be directed to Home Telecom.

New Cuckoo customers - I signed up on or after 13th February 2024

You'll soon be able to do this through a self serve portal, but for now, we'll need you to contact us.

Please don't email bank details to us.
