Your first stop is to look at your Gateway eero and see what colour LED is showing, check out the article What do the colours of the LED light on my eero mean? and follow the instructions there.

If you're using your own equipment, please check your user guide to determine if it's a fault with the router. You can always try using our ISP Support app to help diagnose the issue too.
