Once you end your service with us, we'll automatically send you a pre-paid return bag. Please use this to return our equipment to us. We would need you to send us the router, extenders or mesh devices we sent to you. These devices are locked to your account, so cant be used with another service.
The ONT (the device that connects the external fibre line to your property) doesn't get returned to us and stays where it is. Your new provider may use it, saving you from another engineer visit.
Please remember that you must return any equipment to us within 30 days of your cancellation to avoid being charged. It's important to use one of our pre-paid envelopes so we can track the return of your equipment.
If the bag is not received within a week of your cease date, get in touch and we'll send another.
