You'll have received communication from them directly when they were confirming your installation details, but if you can't find them, give us a call.
If it was CityFibre, get in touch with our Customer Care Team and we'll escalate it for you.
If it was BT Openreach, follow the instructions below, as Openreach deal with their complaints directly.
The types of complaints they deal with are:
Attitude or behaviour of the engineer
Cleanliness of the way the engineer has left your home
Damage to your property during the engineer appointment
