At Cuckoo, we use two main network providers (CityFibre and Openreach) to enable your broadband connection.

You'll have received communication from them directly when they were confirming your installation details, but if you can't find them, give us a call.

If it was CityFibre, get in touch with our Customer Care Team and we'll escalate it for you.

If it was BT Openreach, follow the instructions below, as Openreach deal with their complaints directly.

The types of complaints they deal with are:

  • Attitude or behaviour of the engineer

  • Cleanliness of the way the engineer has left your home

  • Damage to your property during the engineer appointment

The best way to make a complaint with Openreach is through a live chat on their website here if you have any complaints about engineers.

If your complaint is around an appointment time or moving an appointment, please get in touch with Cuckoo directly.
