Need to reschedule your engineer appointment?

Things don't always go to plan, so if you find that the installation appointment you set up no longer works for you, please get in touch with us no later than 48 hours before the engineer is due to visit.

You can email us, but we can't guarantee we'll see it before it's too late, so only email if you're giving us plenty of notice. The email address is customercare@cuckoo.co

Otherwise, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
