eero Built-in
Updated over a week ago

With eero Built-in and select Echo devices, you can add up to 1,000 sq. ft. of coverage, with supported speeds of up to 100Mbps in the 5 GHz band, to a compatible eero network.

eero Built-in is automatically enabled for new customers who opt into Amazon account linking during eero account creation. If you haven’t linked yet, you can link and activate eero Built-in using the steps below.

Open you eero app, press the Discover tab and select Amazon Connected Home

Tap Connect to Amazon and login using your Amazon account. Compatible Echo devices currently on your network, as well as any added later, will automatically extend your Wi-Fi.

To manage eero Built-in devices, go to the Connected Home menu and toggle select devices on or off.

If your household uses multiple Amazon accounts and a compatible device on the network is registered to another account, it will tell you. It won't be used to extend the network unless it is deregistered and then registered to the same account as the main eero device.
