What will the user see when in a Timeout or Focus?

When a device is in a Timeout or Focus, it will not be able to access Internet content while connected to the network. When trying to load an HTTP site in a browser, they will be redirected to the captive screen (left). However, if they are trying to access an HTTPS site, the page will either time out or the browser will display the site or service cannot be reached (right).

Applications and non-browser devices, such as media players and game consoles, will display an internet connection error when they are in a Timeout or Focus.
