The eero mobile app should always be your first stop for any eero issues.
The speed test in the app measures what your eero Wi-Fi network is getting from us at your gateway eero device. It's important to remember that speeds may fluctuate during busy times or if you're using the network whilst running the test. Check out the Running a speed test article to guide you through it.
For internet speed related issues for devices beyond the gateway eero device:
Click the Settings tab on the bottom right of the screen.
Tap Troubleshooting (near the bottom of the list)
Tap My internet is slow
You'll then be asked to Run a healthcheck, press the blue button to begin
Pick from Multiple devices or One device
Multiple devices does a check across your entire network
One device, then asks you to select the device you want to test specificallyYour report will highlight the results of the diagnostic check and provide advice
