How to find your installation booking
You can log in to 'My Account' on the website - Just log in using the email address you signed up with and you'll see your appointment info in the 'Account overview' screen.
Alternatively, we'll have emailed you the installation slot information at the time you made your order. Five days before, and again two days before, the installation date, we follow up with an SMS.

Pre-installation checklist
Think about where you would like your new fibre connection to enter your home. Our team can help you decide on the day if you're unsure.
We will need to drill a small hole to feed the cable through your wall, but don't worry, this will all be cleaned up and sealed once complete.
You will need two spare plug sockets close to the fibre entry point to power your broadband router and new connection box.
Please make sure someone over the age of 18 is at home for the installation, as we'll need to come into your home to install and check the new fibre connection.
